1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 88pk ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at 88pk.im. This Agreement governs your access to and use of the 88pk website, mobile platform, all gaming products, account services, payment facilities, bonus programmes, and customer support channels offered by 88pk.

By creating an account, clicking "I Agree", depositing funds, or otherwise accessing any part of the 88pk platform, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in full, that you understand its contents, and that you unconditionally accept all terms stated herein. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must not register an account or use the 88pk platform in any capacity.

This Agreement should be read in conjunction with 88pk's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall legal framework governing your use of the platform. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and any promotional materials, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an active account on 88pk, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be a natural person aged 21 years or older. 88pk strictly enforces the minimum age requirement and will require documentary proof of age during the Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be closed immediately and all associated funds forfeited.
• You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, and it is your responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in your specific location.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of 88pk, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be accessing the platform through any automated means, bot, or software agent, except where expressly permitted by 88pk in writing.
• You must not have a pre-existing account on the 88pk platform that has been closed, suspended, or self-excluded. 88pk operates a strict one-account-per-person policy.

88pk reserves the right to request documentary verification of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

3. Account Registration and KYC Verification

Each player may hold only one registered account on the 88pk platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts — whether in your own name or under another person's identity — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and Pakistani mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify 88pk promptly of any changes via the account settings or customer support.

As part of our KYC obligations under our international gaming licence, 88pk will at minimum require the following verification documents before processing your first withdrawal:

• Proof of Identity: A clear copy of your valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued photographic identification.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence confirming your residential address, dated within 90 days.
• Proof of Payment Method: Confirmation that the JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank account used for deposits belongs to you.

88pk reserves the right to request additional documentation at its discretion. You are responsible for keeping your account login credentials confidential. 88pk will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain password security.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

All transactions on the 88pk platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 88pk accepts deposits via the following payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time and 88pk reserves the right to add, remove, or modify supported payment channels without prior notice.

Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your account dashboard. These thresholds may differ between payment methods and may be adjusted by 88pk at its discretion. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name — third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Deposits are generally credited to your 88pk account balance instantly or within a short processing window depending on the payment channel used. 88pk is not responsible for delays caused by the payment processor, telecommunications network, or banking institution. If a deposit does not reflect within the expected timeframe, you should contact 88pk support with your transaction reference number.

• 88pk does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• Deposits made to the 88pk platform are for gaming purposes only and cannot be refunded except in the circumstances outlined in Section 5 of this Agreement.
• 88pk reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of these Terms.
• Chargebacks or payment reversals initiated by players without prior agreement from 88pk will be treated as a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension.

5. Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of available funds from your 88pk account at any time, subject to the following conditions being satisfied: (a) your KYC verification is complete and approved; (b) the funds you wish to withdraw do not include active bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements; (c) your account is in good standing and not subject to any investigation or suspension; and (d) the withdrawal amount meets the minimum threshold applicable to your chosen payment method.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in your own name and, where possible, to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. 88pk reserves the right to apply additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or where account activity patterns are unusual.

88pk targets the following withdrawal processing timelines, though these are not guaranteed and may be affected by banking or payment network conditions:

• JazzCash / EasyPaisa: Typically within 24 hours of approval.
• HBL / UBL / Meezan Bank: Typically within 1–3 business days of approval.

88pk reserves the right to conduct additional due diligence checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Players will be notified of any delay and the reason therefor to the extent permitted by applicable regulations.

6. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

88pk offers various promotional incentives including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, PSL season promotions, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to specific terms displayed at the point of offer and should be read in conjunction with this Agreement. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence over this general clause.

General conditions applicable to all 88pk bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. Eligibility criteria vary by promotion and may include residency, account status, minimum deposit amounts, or opt-in requirements.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements — the amount you must wager before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn as cash. Wagering requirements are stated clearly for each offer.
• Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered before real-money funds. The order of fund utilisation within your account will be displayed in your dashboard.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Any unwagered bonus and associated pending winnings will be forfeited upon expiry. Expiry dates are shown in your account's active bonus panel.
• 88pk reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already accepted an active bonus will be given reasonable notice of any material changes to its terms.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, exploiting technical errors, or engaging in low-risk wagering strategies designed to clear bonuses — will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

7. Sports Betting and Cricket Rules

All sports bets placed on the 88pk platform are governed by the specific market rules displayed within the sportsbook at the time of wagering. The following general rules apply across all sports betting markets, including cricket, PSL, football, kabaddi, and other events offered on the platform:

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is not accepted until it has been confirmed by the 88pk system and a unique bet reference number has been issued to you. Bets placed during system outages or connectivity failures may not be valid.
• Void Bets: A bet will be declared void where the event is cancelled, postponed beyond the settlement window, or where an obvious pricing error has occurred. Void bets are refunded at stake.
• Live Betting: In-play odds are updated in real time. 88pk reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time during an event. Any bets placed after a key event (e.g., a wicket, goal, or injury) but before the odds are updated may be voided at 88pk's discretion.
• Cricket and PSL: Match betting is settled on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, or equivalent). Weather-affected matches will be settled according to Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method where applicable, or voided where no official result is given.
• Maximum Winnings: Maximum payout limits per bet, per market, and per day apply and are displayed within the sportsbook. 88pk reserves the right to limit stake sizes for individual players at its discretion.

8. Casino Games, Live Casino, and Slots

Casino games, live dealer tables, and slot titles offered on the 88pk platform are provided by third-party software suppliers whose game rules, RTP (return to player) figures, and technical specifications govern those specific products. 88pk does not control the outcome of any certified random number generator-based game and accepts no liability for game outcomes beyond ensuring that all providers on the platform hold valid certifications from recognised independent testing laboratories.

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or game malfunction during a casino session or slot spin, 88pk's liability is limited to the return of the stake placed on the affected round. Winnings generated during a verifiable malfunction may be voided. Players should report any suspected malfunctions to customer support immediately via live chat.

Live casino games are subject to the specific table rules displayed within each game environment. Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by table and are shown before you take a seat. 88pk reserves the right to close a live table at any time for operational, maintenance, or regulatory reasons.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 88pk platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the 88pk platform.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the 88pk platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime purpose.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or sporting event.
• Using or attempting to use any automated software, bot, algorithm, or artificial intelligence to place bets, navigate the platform, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a technical error will be voided.
• Engaging in arbitrage or "matched betting" strategies specifically designed to extract bonus value in a risk-free manner contrary to the spirit of promotional terms.
• Allowing any third party to access or operate your 88pk account on your behalf.
• Conducting any activity on the 88pk platform that violates applicable law in your jurisdiction.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

88pk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in any of the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; reasonable suspicion of fraud or prohibited conduct; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; prolonged account inactivity; receipt of a court order or regulatory direction; or where continued operation of the account creates legal, regulatory, or reputational risk for 88pk.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance (net of bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding due diligence requirements.

You may voluntarily close your 88pk account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary closure does not entitle you to a refund of any bonus funds. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with standard rules and any winnings credited before the closure is processed.

11. Responsible Gaming

88pk is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this area seriously. The platform provides all registered players with access to the following self-management tools, accessible directly from your account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a specified period.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy. 88pk will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.

88pk may be required to share your personal data with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, payment processors, KYC service providers, and fraud prevention organisations in the course of its legal and operational obligations. Such sharing will always be conducted in accordance with applicable data protection principles.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on the 88pk platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of 88pk or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 88pk platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with this Agreement.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, sublicense, or otherwise exploit any part of the 88pk platform or its content without the prior written consent of 88pk. Unauthorised use of 88pk's intellectual property will result in immediate account closure and may expose you to civil and criminal liability.

14. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

The 88pk platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 88pk makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the platform's uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors, or fitness for any particular purpose.

88pk's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of or related to your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 88pk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

Nothing in this clause shall limit 88pk's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other matter that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

15. Amendments to These Terms

88pk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 88pk will provide registered players with advance notice via email to the address on file, via an in-platform notification, or by prominently displaying a notice on the 88pk website at least seven (7) days before the amended terms take effect.

Your continued use of the 88pk platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the amendment takes effect. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 88pk holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement — including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination — shall first be submitted to 88pk's internal disputes resolution process by contacting customer support.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process within 30 days, the matter may be escalated to the relevant dispute resolution body designated by 88pk's licensing authority. 88pk will provide details of the applicable escalation mechanism upon request. Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
